Artwork designed by Visualeyez remains the property of Visualeyez until paid for in its entirety. Once paid for the artwork is them owned by the client and a copy of flattened artwork will be supplied. Future orders of the same printing product with the same design will incur no artwork fees.
Our printing products may have colour variations from what you see on your screen, to what the final product looks like. This is the nature of CMYK printing and bulk-run printing. NO reprints at our expense will be printed.
Every care is taken when producing “Custom Design” artwork from Visualeyez. When accepting artwork proofs from us, make sure you check thoroughly, as you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. It is your responsibility to request any alterations needed or if you need another proof sent due to difficulty in reading. We will print exactly what is approved by you in the final proof. No reprints at our expense will be re-printed.
Supplying Print-ready Artwork
Customers who upload their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications as outlined in our Artwork Specifications. Whatever is submitted will be printed, and we are not responsible for artwork mistakes. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any design that is submitted is not in violation of any copyright laws. We assume that your artwork is legally yours. Visualeyez reserves the right to refuse any pornographic or violent material, or if Visualeyez deems it inappropriate or offensive.
Turnaround Time & Delivery
Turnaround time for Business cards is currently 4 working days from Artwork Approval and Payment. Design time is extra. Visualeyez will not be held liable for printing products that are lost, damaged when delivered by Australia Post or Couriers.
Turnaround time for Business Stationery, Brochures, Postcards & DL marketing Cards is currently 6 working days from Artwork Approval and Payment. Design time is extra.
Turnaround time for Fridge Magnets & Promotional Products is currently 10 working days from Artwork Approval and Payment. Design time is extra.
FREE delivery to your door in Adelaide only. (Delivery to other states freight is an extra cost & charged accordingly). Shipped via express post or Star Trek & delivery may take a bit longer.)
Orders will not be processed until artwork approval and payment have been received. Once payment has been received, your printing will commence.
We accept Direct bank deposit. bank account details are located at the bottom of your invoice. Also accepted is Cash, Credit Card, Visa & Mastercard, sorry NO CHEQUES.
